Privacy

This site is one page and a contact form. Here is everything it collects, and why.

The contact form

If you send the form, we get what you typed: your name, your club or organization, your email address, the number of homes if you gave it, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to understand what clubs need from AlchemyStay. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t pass your details on to anyone.

The form is delivered by Formspree, which receives it and sends it to James Robinson by email. Nothing you send is stored on this website’s server. Formspree keeps a copy of submissions under its own privacy policy.

To have what you sent deleted, reply to our email and ask, and we will delete it.

Analytics

We count visits with Matomo, which we run ourselves, set up so that it uses no cookies. It records things like which pages are opened, on what kind of device, and which site linked here, so we can tell whether anyone is reading. It doesn’t follow you to other sites and isn’t shared with advertisers.

No accounts

There is nothing to sign up for or log in to on this site. The only thing it remembers is your light or dark choice, and that stays in your own browser.
