Scheduling and fair rotation for private clubs with shared homes.
Owners book their stays, picks rotate fairly, and everyone gets notified. Coming soon.
For clubs whose members share homes, by fractional or shared ownership.
Owners book their own stays
One calendar for every home the club shares. Owners see what is free and book their stays themselves, without a round of emails to arrange it.
Fair picking, year after year
When the year’s weeks are picked, the order rotates, so the same owners don’t always choose first or last.
Everyone gets notified
Owners and staff get a text and an email when something needs them, so nobody has to keep checking.
Already in use at a private club
AlchemyStay grows out of a custom app that already runs the shared homes at one private club. It is being rebuilt so any club can use it.
